Cream or Butter? How is the texture of our Body Therapy Cream?
Our product is originally a whipped cream like texture. In transit, it may solidify making it a truffle-like texture. If you're in need of the product as a the original texture, we suggest that you leave it in a warmer temperature for 10-15 minutes. For example, next to a heater would be perfect!

My product came! But it's been melted. What to do?
Oh no, it doesn't happen often but when it does it's okay! All of our products are filled and shipped in like-cream texture. The product is still safe to use. It's currently modified in texture. Keep it in a cool area (70 degrees or lower) to solidify.Β Β
There was no leakage in the jar and it's not filled. Why?
The product was partiallyΒ melted in transit.Β It's still safe to use!Β

How long does shipping take?
